Tip Top's Food and Spirits is a bar in Soulard that serves food all day long. A bar with a full menu from soup, salad and appetizers to house specials and entrees. A spacious beer garden on the outdoor patio is a great place for parties. It serves American/Serbian cuisine but are known for its Fried Chicken and Cevapcici. With one bar upstairs, one bar downstairs and one bar outside there is plenty of places to drink.
