There’s definitely something different about sitting in a bar at a chain restaurant and sitting in a bar in Old Town St. Peters. Shane and Wiese’s gives the feel of an old-time tavern that’s full of friendly locals, good food and lots available to drink.
With a friendly and attentive staff to go with a charming environment, Shane and Wiese’s is a very personable and fun place. You’re not going to have space to invite everyone you’ve ever known like you might do at a big bar, but there’s enough room for you and your friends to kick back, have a few drinks and enjoy good food and good times.

What happens on that side of the river should STAY on that side of the river. St. Peter's should not even be mentioned in a St. Louis website.
