The Red Lion is housed in the former Fu Manchu residence on the main Manchester strip in Maplewood. The Red Lion features a refinished and refurbished interior, and the menu is full of soups, salads, burgers and sandwiches, with pizza on the way. The place has an extensive wine list on the back of the menu, and the owners like to support their neighbor at Schlafly Bottleworks by providing Schlafly's seasonal ale on tap.
