Urban Chestnut Brewing Co., located in St. Louis' Midtown Alley, was started by two former masterminds behind Anheuser-Busch brewery, Florian Kuplent and Dave Wolfe. To put it simply, they know their beer. We took a peek at everything this new brewing company has to offer - from food to booze to atmosphere, and even... souvenirs?
