I have never been a brunch person. The concept never made much sense to me; if you’re eating breakfast late, it’s still breakfast. And, if you’re eating lunch early, it’s still lunch, right? It just seemed like someone felt we needed an official fourth meal and made up brunch. So, what does one eat at brunch? Until recently, I had no idea and didn’t care to find out. Then, my husband and I checked out Molly’s in Soulard. And since brunch was what they were serving when we got there, brunch is what we ate. Let’s see if Molly’s could change my mind about brunch.
