Sustainable Dining with Beer

The moment you open the door to the Bottleworks you are hit with the aromas of making beer. I wasn't here for the beer though, I walked straight through to the restaurant. If beer is not your thing, don't worry the aromas do not reach the dining area. I ate inside but there is a fantastic (and large) outdoor patio for summer dining. Schlafly tries to use as many local ingredients as possible, even displaying chalkboards with the sources of various components. The 3 cheese pizza is excellent, not overloaded with either cheese or tomato sauce. The star of the night was the grilled asparagus which was cooked perfectly.
