You won’t find any kind of menu in a real dive, and that’s actually kind of nice. There’s no pretension about them having the best this or that, nothing you feel forced to try. Name your favorite drink, and they’ll make it. Simple enough. I opted for this and enjoyed the results. It was smooth, sweet, boozy and really good.
