These were the best sweet potato fries I have ever had. Sweet potato fries are tricky, as the insides often end up like mashed potato mush, but these were crispy and stood up to the spicy mayo sauce they were served with. A mixture of a salty seasoning and pepper gave the fries enough kick to not need a sauce, but the mixture of sweet and spicy that the dip gave the fries was delightful.
