This gyro was filled with flavor and texture. Thinly-sliced, zesty gyro meat was cooled off with a creamy, house-made cucumber tzatziki sauce, crispy onions, lettuce and tomatoes and the sharp zing of feta. All was held together in a pita that was grilled on the outside, but soft and pliable enough to hold the ingredients without breaking. The gyro was served with steak fries that were lightly seasoned and fried to perfection.
