We leap from bar to bar to check out the area’s best rooftop views

The first place that came to mind was the Eclipse Restaurant at the brand new Moonrise Hotel down in the U-City Loop. I have been waiting on pins and needles for this place to open up because 1) I feel a distinct lacking in rooftop bars in the area, something that makes me angry and keeps me awake at night, and B) I love the Delmar Loop. So, like I said, I couldn’t wait to get here. I was so anxious that I showed up at 3 p.m., unaware that the rooftop portion didn’t open until five.
