Hip to be Square
After nancing about with that Cosmo (it was good; sue me!), I needed a beer with some hair on it, so I ordered up the Scotch Ale. Brewed with a malt that was smoked in-house, it had a big taste, and got the red blood pulsing again. The beer menu offers up quite a few selections of homemade beer, and Square One—working with sister brewers Augusta Brewing Company—is always stocked with a rotating selection. Next time I go, I’m definitely getting the sampler, which is a healthy tasting of four beers. Also, I’m going to watch my step – I fell not once, but twice going down the short step up to the booths in the bar. I was only on my second drink, I swear.
