When Arnold Palmer begin ordering his signature cocktail consisting of ½ iced tea and ½ lemonade in the 1960s, I doubt that he suspected the phenomenon he would create. With the explosion of sweet tea vodka in the last year or so, plenty of places are now mixing up a thirst-quenching version featuring the summery vodka laced with tart lemonade. Tony’s on Top makes a top-notch version that is equal parts sweet and tangy—perfect for sipping on a rooftop, poolside or golf green. Arnold would be proud.
