The Reuben is a sandwich that might scare some people. I always consider it a little off the beaten path, due to its ingredients: sliced corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing, all between two slices of rye bread. I know a lot of people that don't care for some—or all—of these ingredients, but this has become one of my favorite sandwiches over the past few years. Recently, I discovered a handful of original (and delicious) variations on this sandwich. So let's take a look at what the STL has to offer in the way of the Reuben sandwich.
