Sub Zero Vodka Bar was a no-brainer when it came to finding a place with a large variety of cocktails. Since these folks pride themselves in a huge selection of vodka (more than 300 varieties), there had to be at least one cocktail that could break the bank. The Moscow Millionaire is that cocktail. What makes this cocktail so pricey? Well, it starts with Stoli Elit Vodka shaken until it's icy cold and poured into a martini glass. The piece de resistance is the three caviar-stuffed olives that are skewered with a cocktail pick and dunked in the super-premium vodka. How did it taste? Expensive.
