First and foremost, while this may taste like a cider... it's not. It's a beer, flavored with the juice that comes from the apples. This is an interesting brew. It's very fruity, but you can detect the beer flavor too. It's very fresh, with a nice finish that leaves your palate clean. This was one of my favorite fruity beers.
