When I couldn’t decide what to order, I figured I’d see how O’Connell’s did with my own creation. The recipe here is pretty simple: take a large glass of pink lemonade and spike it with a shot of gin. It’s sweet, fruity, tangy and has just enough booze to get you going. They did it perfectly.
