This burger was made for people who like a little zest between their buns. The burger had hot pepper jack cheese melted on the bun, which was smothered in Jamaican mayo. The onion and tomato are piled high on the burger, which was made with Cajun spices. This burger was hot! It had the perfect amount of heat, and was cooked exactly the way I ordered it. The side of onion rings just helped top off the dish.
