I appreciate it when someone tries to do something different with a popular standard, and this lobster rangoon really hit the spot. The shell was a perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and not at all greasy like these things usually are. The filling was sweet and flavorful, and went well with the nice sweet and sour sauce served alongside. My only quibble is that I wish there had been more of them.
