A good, well done basic. For me, the big things with salads are the amount of dressing and the croutons. Here, the dressing was literally just right; nothing was soggy or dry. The croutons threw me a bit of a curve. They were actually those long, thin, solid breadsticks you sometimes get in Italian restaurants, but chopped up. This worked surprisingly well; none of them were too big or too hard like regular croutons can be.
