St. Louis' best wine shops

Whether you are shopping for yourself or trying to find that perfect gift for someone special, stepping into a wine store can be overwhelming, especially if you don’t know what you’re looking for. You don’t have to be a wine connoisseur to feel comfortable in a wine shop. Even though you may feel like you are the only one there who doesn’t know a thing about wine, don’t worry, you’re not! Part of the fun of working in the wine industry is being able to share your knowledge and enthusiasm with others. We want to make you just as excited about wine as we are. While I do know my way around a bottle of wine, I am always stopping into the numerous wine retailers we have here in St. Louis to see what’s on the shelves and chat with the staff. Let me share with you some of the places where I have had great experiences and why I would recommend you visiting them for your wine needs. Get out there and conquer your fear of this sometimes intimidating business. It’s just fermented grape juice, enjoy it!
