Once the fermentation is done, the beer is ready to drink and is pumped into giant serving tanks in the basement. These tanks, for all intents and purposes, are basically giant kegs, and are kept cool, using chilled lines that run straight to the tap. So when you’re drinking a fresh drought beer from Square One, that stuff has traveled just 90 feet in its lifetime to get to you. That’s impressive. Let’s see how it tastes...
