Ramping up the bottling process a couple times a week, the whole thing takes place on a small machine, but once it gets going, it really cranks out a hefty amount of beer. Doing everything in house for now, the bottling machine and pallets of empty and ready to serve bottles take up quite a bit of space. However, by next year, the bottling process will be moved out of house, making room possibly for expansion? Possibly a restaurant? Probably not.
