St. Louis microbreweries
Brian Owens, Head Brewer for O’Fallon, gave us a taste test – right from the tank! Hey, talk about going straight to the horse’s mouth! Anyway, Brian here is pouring the Dry Stout, the official beer for the festival that every brewer is putting their spin on. The festival isn’t for another week or so, and this particular batch needs to sit for a few days longer still, but Brian gave us a sneak peak at what to expect. That and the thought that putting a tap on one of those giant fermentation tanks makes for one huge keg.
