This is the O’Fallon Gold, the first beer produced by the brewery back in 2000, and again, a nice refreshing take on the light beer world. Brian packed us up with quite a spread to take home and try, which includes their 5 Day IPA (there’s that IPA again), the award winning Smoked Porter, and the Wheat and the Weach. I gotta tell you, I was pretty impressed with each beer I tasted, and I can see myself getting more familiar with their entire catalog. Look for a laundry list of beers appearing at the festival, and I do implore you – search these guys out. The beer will be worth it.
