VUI: Viewing under the influence

How often do we sit around our living rooms with a bottle of beer, watching Spaceballs for the umpteenth time, and say “Hey, why can’t I do this in public?” Ever since we graduated college and realized that we don’t have the livers and lack of responsibility to go out drinking every night, we’ve been searching for the perfect way to combine boozing with, well, pretty much everything we do. Now, thanks to the growing trend of extended adolescence, several movie theatres around town allow you “brew and view,” offering beer, wine and mixed drinks to enhance your movie-going experience. The age old question of “do I go out drinking tonight or catch a movie instead,” has finally been answered, and in the spirit of college hedonism, why not do both?
