Best of Mardi Gras
More than 30 Soulard establishments participated in the annual Taste of Soulard by offering samples of their signature dishes. Thousands came out for this create-your-own experience and attendees strolled through Soulard using taste tickets to sample signature dishes and Southern Comfort libations.
