Downtown St. Louis Fat Tuesday Parade 2011
The Downtown St. Louis Mardi Gras parade lit up the night on Tuesday. Although the rain seemed to put a damper on things, that didn't keep the parade from going on and these fun people from lining the streets in celebration of Fat Tuesday.
