You can hear the song in your head, can't you?
Just in time for summer, Steven Spielberg's classic thriller Jaws-aawhich makes audiences think twice about taking the plunge-aacomes to Blu-ray for the first time ever on Aug. 14. And it's all spruced up: the film has been digitally re-mastered and fully restored with 7.1 surround sound.
Originally released in 1975, Jaws was nominated for a best picture Academy Award, and stars Oscar winner Richard Dreyfuss and Oscar nominees Roy Scheider and Robert Shaw.
And that haunting song? Composer John Williams earned an Oscar for the instantly recognizable score, as well as Oscars for best editing and best sound.
