Oprah Winfrey, who got in trouble earlier this week for making a Twitter plea for Nielsen viewers to boost ratings for her Oprah Winfrey Network, is making a rare late-night appearance on Jimmy Kimmel's seventh post-Oscar special, announced ABC.
Billy Crystal, who is hosting the Oscar ceremony, will help kick off Jimmy Kimmel Live: After the Academy Awards. Nominees Meryl Streep, George Clooney and Martin Scorsese will be among the stars. A performance by Coldplay will wrap up the show, reports AP.
The Oscars are Feb. 26, with Kimmel's show to follow. Also new this year, Kelly Ripa will host a Live! with Kelly's After Oscar Show airing yes, live, from the Kodak Theatre on Feb. 27 at 9 a.m. ET.
