Overall rating:

I will never attend another concert at VWA.
I suggest in the future when a potential weather related concert interuption is probable that your management team establishes a better method of communication to inform the TICKET BUYING AUDIENCE of the procedure involving rain delays and basically telling concert goers to just go back to their vehicles and WAIT, and then never announcing any probable concert resuming time window.
