The day has (almost) come: Guns N’ Roses will finally release “Chinese Democracy” on Nov. 23. Supposedly. We think. It’s hard to say for certain, since the notorious album’s drop has been so frequently delayed, and lead singer (and sole remaining original band member) Axl Rose’s behavior regarding the LP so erratic. At this point, it’s been 17 years and counting since the band’s last album, but they seem serious about the date this time.
