Justin Bieber's Believe tour will reach for stars
Justin Bieber hits his mark during rehearsals at Long Beach Arena for his upcoming Believe world tour, which kicks off Sept. 29 in Glendale, Ariz. Bieber has been putting in up to 10 hours a day practicing elements of the sprawling production. Says his manager, Scooter Braun, "For the last tour, we rehearsed for two weeks.
