Brasserie opened its doors to the public in summer 2009 as a side project of sorts to the already established Niche. This location is in teh Central West End. It serves dinner every night of the week except Mondays beginning at 5 p.m. Brasserie has an extensive wine menu while its dinner menu consists of entrees like duck leg, roasted chicken and pork chops.
