EdgeWild Restaurant & Winery is a modern casual restaurant serving affordable American fine wine and inventive American cuisine.
Our menu, created by executive chef Aaron Baggett and partner/proprietor Chris LaRocca, features rich, bold flavors and uses fresh products and ingredients grown and raised locally. Each entrée has a recommended wine pairing and some our dishes have added twists like wine infusion.
We offer a variety of fine wine that has been sourced from select high-end winemakers in California, Oregon, Washington State and Missouri. The finished bottled wines are released under the EdgeWild name and label, allowing patrons to enjoy ultra-premium wine at the most affordable price. We also offer a selection of various Missouri wines.
A bonded winery also operates within the restaurant, including the Barrel Room, which houses 10 custom-made French and Missouri oak barrels that actively age wine.
