My husband and I decided to try Fortel's Pizza Den last night, and much to our disappointment, we requested a refund. I assume it was Shelly, she said they don't have a refund policy, but yet refused to refund my $30.10. The toasted Ravioli were hot, but the dipping sauce was not. The drinks were overpriced at $2.00 each, and the pizza itself was over $20.00. We ordered the Jeff's Barbecue Deluxe, which tasted like cold buffalo chicken, and the pineapples (we paid extra for) tasted spoiled, and the whole pizza was juicy including the onions!!! After taking one bite, I informed my husband I could not bring myself to eat the rest of it. I informed the one woman that took our order (whom I believe is the manager) that I would pay for the toasted ravioli and the drink, but not the pizza, which was left sitting on the table...my husband ate one slice, and I took only one bite from my one slice. We immediately requested a refund...and this woman had the nerve to say: "Just because you don't like something, doesn't mean you can request a refund..." WTF!?!?!?!?...NO STYLE, NO CLASS, LACKING GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...Needless to say, NEVER AGAIN!!!! P.S. We left there and went straight to Imos...not a problem with Imo's...spent $10.00 less, and enjoyed my Imo's Pizza...
