J. Buck's has been around for awhile, but the downtown location ironically just opened up in 2007. Ironic, because Busch Stadium - the place that made the Buck family famous - is just two blocks away. J. Buck’s downtown location is the perfect place for a pre or post-game drink and dinner. The restaurant has an on-site parking lot, which is a nice touch.
As for the food, you can find anything from soup and salad to sautéed tilapia. And the 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. happy hour is the perfect way to unwind after a hard day at the office.
