Three Monkeys

I had dinner here with a friend this week and I got sick from the tilapia I ordered. It was the only thing I ate all day so I know it was from that. I missed a day of work and a wake for a family friend because I was so sick. Then when I called to let the restaurant know so they could hopefully prevent this from happening again, I was rudely told to call back next week and talk to the GM. Poor quality food and poor customer service!

We went there brick oven pizza. It reminded me of DiGiorno. We were so disappointed in the pizza. The appetizers and service were fine. I would not recommend the pizza at all!

One of the best Sunday brunches around St. Louis. They do allow smoking in the bar area, but I have eaten in the bar & it was pleasantly pretty free of smoke & enjoyable for dinner. The menu changes periodically, so I've tried new things on the menu when they become available & I liked everything I've tried. It's bar food better than it has to be. I've lived in the city all my life & actually had an apartment (in College) on Morganford down the street from where 3 Monkeys is located. Where were you then 3 Monkeys? It fills a much needed space for drinking & good food for the people living in the immediate area. This place, along with the Tin Can, The Amsterdam, & Stella Blues, have really turned the neighborhood into a great eating & drinking strip.
