Sitting atop the historic Centennial Malt House, Vin de Set is a French and American bistro owned by Paul and Wendy Hamilton, of Eleven Eleven Mississippi restaurant fame. Named after the phonetic spelling of the French number (2017), Vin de Set offers diners delicious dishes that pull influences from France, like savory crepes, grilled sea scallops, cheese platters, grilled lamb loin chops and tarte flambé.
