Definitely try the sizzling Four Musketeers. We are talking beef, scallops, prawns and chicken mixed in with vegetables and served steaming with the chef's special sauce. The sauce is loaded with sugar and soy, and you can tell they cook it for a long time. The atmosphere at Hunan Empress is par for the course when it comes to Chinese restaurants. The fact that you won't pay much more than $10 for an entree is pretty appealing.
