The Abbey

This quaint little café is located on the west end of Belleville. Scones, muffins and bagels are big hits among café-goers, as is the free wifi. Quite often for breakfast and lunch a hurried business crowd comes and goes, and in the evenings things slow down a bit and the café attracts an artsy relaxed customer, quite often typing away on his or her laptop or chatting with friends. The café has an outdoor patio and at times hosts art openings. For lunch they serve sandwiches, salads and a selection of baked goods. The word on the street is that the cookies are giant and awesome.
