Moon Beans is a quirky café, coffeehouse, and gift shop in historic Old Town Florrisant. At this family-owned gem, each cup of coffe is made to order. Hot water is gravity-fed through fresh coffee grounds and directly into your cup. It takes time, but it's worth the wait. Moon Beans also serves fresh salads, muffins, desserts, sandwiches and one of the best muffalettas outside of New Orleans.
