There aren't too many places in St. Louis where you can grab a bite to eat and a beer after work for less than a gallon of gas. That is, unless you are at Jefferson Avenue Bistro. Not only is it cheap, it's one of the few places in this part of town that serves breakfast. If you're looking for a cheap happy hour, give this place a shot.
