Skip Steele, the head chef over at Pappy's Smokehouse, has ventured out on his own. Don't worry, he still cooks at Pappy's. But now, he also has his own place in Soulard - Bogart's Smokehouse. The food is every bit as good as Pappy's... in fact, it might be a little better. Some key differences include the beef brisket, prime rib and pastrami. The brisket and prime rib are smoked, then dragged through the excess juices. Healthy? Nope. Tasty? Unbelievably so.
