At Evergreen Chinese Buffet the only tough decision you will have to make is whether you want to order off the menu, or opt for the buffet. It’s a tough choice because the buffet is priced very reasonably and has a pretty good selection... but the menu is huge and includes chef’s specialties such as orange shrimp, Empress chicken, and seafood delight.
