Executive Chef and owner Stephen Gontram knows the value of using fresh, high-quality seasonal ingredients. It’s been a simple motto of his since he opened Harvest in 1996 and has since garnered much attention and awards for his hearty, American cuisine. Standout dishes include a crispy lump crab cake appetizer, roasted beet salad and pan roasted duck breast, as well as a selection of “spa” menu items that features light options made without oils, butter or creams. And the cozy, Tuscan-inspired dining room features a beautiful fireplace, and is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy an evening with friends.
