Tropical Moose recently opened it's third location in Webster Groves across from Hwy 61 Roadhouse Restaurant and next to Big Sky Cafe. Known for its shaved ice sno cones it has over 56 flavors to choose from. Tropical Moose never forgets about the pets so it created canine coolers that are shaved ice for pets.
