What's a stuffed nacho you ask? Well, it's a bit like an empanada—crammed full of beef, chorizo and beans—fried, then covered with nacho cheese sauce. Not the most healthy of items on the menu, but it sounded awesome - and it tasted awesome. There was a really good chipotle flavor to these.
