The scallops themselves are super fresh, and leave a great aftertaste in your mouth. These were very well cooked, with brown sugar butter that's almost caramelized. These melt in your mouth, with a sweet, salty seafood taste. The lemon mascarpone risotto and snap peas were unmemorable, but the scallops were awesome.
