The namesake of the lunch menu is the Eclipse Club; it is grilled chicken with lettuce, mayonnaise, turkey bacon and tomatoes. All of this was on regular toasted white bread, which was kind of a disappointment. I felt a fancy restaurant like Eclipse could have used better bread... bread that didn't cut the roof of my mouth. The chicken on my sandwich was thin and moist. The sea salt chips were thin and crunchy... and a little greasy, which made me skeptical to eat them. But I gave them a try, and to my surprise, they were fantastic. Minus the roughness of the bread, the meal was delightful.
