Polish dill pickle soup

I thought this was going to be scary, but it ended up being one of the best soups I’ve ever had. It had a strong pickle taste that managed not to be overpowering, it was filled with nice chunks of potato, and was pleasantly creamy. This soup is everything that’s good about pickles and potatoes in one place.

The other soups are fantastic too --best I've ever had in a restaurant -as good as Grandma in Pennsylvania who always started with a fresh chicken!
